This policy explains what information Maximize ’DisAbility collects through this website and how it is used. Effective June 2026.

What we collect

Information you submit through the contact form — your name, email address, and (optionally) phone number, your athlete’s age, and your message.

How we use it

Only to respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about mentoring services. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Sharing

We don’t share your information except with service providers that help operate the site (for example, our form-handling provider and website host) or where required by law.

Retention

We keep inquiries only as long as needed to respond and follow up, then delete them on request.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting MaximizeDisability@gmail.com. (Residents of California and certain other states have specific rights to access and delete personal information.)

Children’s privacy

This site is intended for parents and guardians. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Mentoring for minors is arranged by a parent or legal guardian.

We may update this policy; the effective date above shows the latest version.
